Just to let LAD Members know, Ken Hamrick asked that his Membership be removed from the LAD role. He is very busy and is withdrawing from CARM and LAD so that he can give time to other endeavors. I believe that he is going to work on getting some of his work published. We pray that his efforts will be blessed and that the Lord will guide him.
The reason that I am bringing this up publicly is that if I remove his membership from LAD, all of his post will have the name "Guest" attached to them. He has posted over 200 times on LAD. I felt that he has put a lot of work in his posts and didn't want him to loose credit for them. The solution was to ban him indefinitely so that we will be able to help him toward his goal. We remove the temptation to post. That way he remains a member of LAD, which we are happy that he is, and his posts retain his name as the author. He has done nothing to be banned from LAD, and I wouldn't want our members to think he has been banned for some unfair purpose or agenda. He has said that when he is ready to come back he will email me and I will restore his LAD Membership.
