used some bday $$$ to get this bad boy only to discover once installed that my nvidia geforce 4mx is not a supported graphix card.
so yah - im bitter.

:yum: Yah, I hear ya. Bought three games for my grandson to play on mine. Got em home and two won't even load because of some 32 bit issue and the other looks like a game from back in the early eighties cause it doesn't support my vid-card. :BigB:

used some xmas $$$ to get the nvidia geforce fx5200 that is a supported graphix card only to find out its giving my os fits and locking up the cd drive.
so yah - still bitter.

I've been through 3 geforce cards since my mx440 and every one has caused my pooter to blue screen crash. I'm bout to switch from nvidia to that other company. I miss the Voodoo cards.

Been there and done that.
Bought a new vid-card to run Microsofts Flight Sim. Came home and the card wouldn't work in the old Mother Board. Went out and bought a new Mother Board to run the with the card the memory wouldn't work. Went and bought new memory to work in the new Mother Board and found out that the old CD wasn't any good in the New Mother Board. Ended up buying a new CD-DVD thats writes, and now that doesn't work.

ive since been blessed to receieve a new cd/dvd rom drive and a copy of the expansion pack titled rise of the witch king. very cool. i love lotr gaming!
