Democratic presidential candidate and New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said there's a difference between President George W. Bush's decision to commute the sentence of White House aide Lewis Libby and her husband's 140 pardons in his closing hours in office.


You can bet there's a big difference between ONE commutation and 140 pardons. You know what the difference is? Clinton took a BRIBE in the form of donations to his library.

This woman is BEYOND stupid. That's why I fear she could win.


Clinton, who has harshly criticized Bush's decision, said it was "clearly an effort to protect the White House.''


Hmm, so what was her husband's perjury and obstruction of justice designed to do? Protect the White House?


Clinton, who's continuing her latest campaign trip to Iowa, told The Associated Press in a telephone interview Tuesday that Libby was "carrying out the implicit or explicit wishes of the vice president, or maybe the president as well, in the further effort to stifle dissent.''

So when Clinton lied under oath, was he carrying out the explicit or implicit wishes of the president?

And who was it that tried to send Linda Tripp to jail when she wouldn't play ball?
