There's been major (historic variety) flooding in the state overnight. The little city that our telephone and internet service comes out of is almost completely under water (Kingfisher, OK). I just got an email saying that my telephone and internet service may temporarily go, so if I'm suddenly not here...that's the reason.

Sounds like you are dry in your neck of the woods?
I have been wondering how Tulsa is doing. I was born there, and I have many fond memories with my grand parents (on both sides) from there.
That it is also where I accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as my savior and was baptized at Ranch Acres baptist church (at age 9)

Well, we're not dry, but far from flooding. We only got about 3 inches in this. It was very strange. Tropical storm Erin (sp?) re-formed over central Oklahoma, of all places..lol.
Tulsa should've gotten just some mild rain, according to the maps. I have a dear friend who moved back to Tahlequah (not far from Tulsa..don't know if you remember or not), and I visited Tulsa for the first time back in May of this year!
So far I'm still up and running

Just so you can keep your head above water, we'll be praying.
We are getting hammered here in Michigan with rain as well. Although it is not all at once. It has been raining for three days straight now. This is after a summer drought. It seems that the ground is so hard the rain has trouble soaking in.

So far, so good. If you caught any of the Today show, you saw a rescue in the little city where our ISP is. It appears that the waters are receding and neither the phone lines nor internet service has been interrupted.

Yeah. You know it seems that they should make that stuff water proof. After all, think of all those people that would go into withdrawl if they lost their Internet and their Phone..., at the same time.
