I have identified a limitation in my abilities. I'm sure that it's based on how I am wired. When I was in to Chess, that's where my focus was. My theology got a little rusty, especially my apologetics. Then when I went to studying theology, my chess got rusty. All along my physical condition was left to its own devices. Well, I have now been exercising about an hour a day, six days a week. You guessed it, my chess and apologetics are now both getting rusty.

Have any of you noted the same?
