Where does lost fat go? I remember sitting next to a land whale when I was in college and she lost a good forty lbs. the same semester I put it on.

If the same amount of energy exist today as it did in the beginning of the universe. Fat being a form of energy..., it is never lost. It stands to reason that the same amount of fat also exists. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/10/10_8_8.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZSYYYYYYYYUS)

When we send out the "clean our house ministries", we'll need a few fit brothers for the strong arm technique. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_6_2.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZSYYYYYYYYUS)

Keep up the good work brother Joe.

The idea is that the same total energy can be represented by different kinds of mass.

Unfortunately, Einstein didn't tell us how to turn fat into gold.
(That was wait watchers.)

OK, I have to "weigh" in here. I'm on week 3 of the southbeach diet, and I have lost 15 pounds. I had done this before and lost over 40, and even kept it off for a year. I just lost my vigilance.

I'm going to come up with a workout plan this week.

Send me an e-mail and we can chat. I've been doing a simple plan that lasts about one-hour not including a few minutes of stretching time.

Cool, thanks a bunch. That is actually what I was looking for. I have an elliptical at home, and a gym at work.

Well, the stats didn't change much this month. I did get noticeably stronger. I can see definition in my chest and shoulders. My hole usage on my belt has changed a total of two spots. My waiste and shoulders lost about 4.5 inches each.

I'm sort of on my own now. My exercise will be more my choice now. So, I look forward to seeing how I can carry my experiences over.

We had our annual membership Sunday, at church. Lots of pictures were up on the screen involving Baptisms, we submerge and I catch. The difference in me now and many of those pictures is amazing.

Hey Joe, do you ever catch and then hold them down for a few seconds longer than normal..., just to give them a little taste of what might happen if they cross you? :big_teeth_2:

BTW, I am proud of you. Keep up the good work it takes a lot of self-motivation and stamina. I'll pray you can keep going.
