Great stuff on election and reprobation there.
Don't think our Arminian brothers are going to like it however :BubbleGum:

Understandably, as it addresses their error. :big_teeth_2:

I hate to be a fly in the ointment, because it is very well done. However, the "rejection of errors" links don't seem to work.

They do for me. I am not sure why they wouldn't for you. What browser are you using? Did you try resetting your cookies?

Yeah, Firefox does not load the "Rejection" links. That is strange, I will take a look at the code and see what can be done about that.
Also, with Ff the format on some of the pages is screwy. I think it needs extra code to work.
Computers... :Megamalmer_aah:

There are some powerful apologetics contained in the canons of dordt. I've never read them until today. Thanks for posting these, Tallen.
I look forward to the history of the synod, after hearing from others about how Arminius was such a strong person, that the synod chose to wait until after he died to meet. For some reason, I am suspicious of that statement.

Your welcome. It was worth it just to have you read them.

Brett (aka radarag) is going to write the forward. I had a forward but just didn't like it because it was just like some others that are around. I think there are a couple of things to note. Arminius was a member in good standing in the Dutch Reformed Church. He was never removed from his ministry. I believe he would not have approved of the way that the Remonstrance was handled by the Arminian delegation. And finally the CoD never address the Arminian position as heresy, they kept the idea that it is an error. It is too bad that zealotry can be added to this document and it was used throughout the following years as a means to demonstrate zealotry. Neither the Arminian nor the Calvinist come to the table, in the case of the Remonstrance and CoD, without sin on their hands.

We all come that way. But the good news is that God is good, all the time, and pulls us up out of our muck and mire. I look forward to the forward! :medium-smiley-011:

In my case there has been plenty of muck and mire.
