Do any of you live in the areas effected by the tornadoes yesterday? If so, you're in my prayers. It looks like the TN area and around there got hit pretty hard.

Me to, I am praying for those in that area. I have a friend in Union City, I hope he is OK.

But I attended a junior college about 80 miles south of Union University where the school got blown away.

My hometown and my wife's both got blown away in those tornadoes on January 10.

I thought we were next but all we had was rain. I hate it for those due west. My prayers for them too.

That new fangled doplar radar has us ducking for cover everytime a line of storms move through. Used to be, there had to be an eyewitness to issue a tornado warning. Now whenever a super-cell starts spinning the sirens go off.

Glad to hear you're okay, but I'm sorry about your hometowns. It's pretty incredible how many of them there were.

Good to hear you made it through okay. Radar's great, but we still watch the skies here. First order of business every spring is to clean out and debug the cellar ;-).
