Hey Ted,
I don't see a specific area to report or talk about issues with the site here ( I may have missed it somewhere ) so I've noticed that since the last update there is an issue with loading. It seems to be a timeout issue. I've checked my network connectivity at home and that's fine. I went over to a friends house who has a much slower connection and the site refused to load at all.

Dunno what's going on but I thought I should mention it.

Blessings

There has been some updating going on down the pipeline, it all happened at one time for some reason. Here is the email that I received late yesterday afternoon when the site was down for the third time. I have been assured that this was a temporary condition, and after the upgrades we should see an increase in connection time and page loads.

If you check the "Top 7 Stats" box on the Forum Home Page, you will find a box named "Latest Forum News", I try to put updates in that area. I think you can post there as a LAD Member.

BTW, I appreciate it very much Carl that you brought this to my attention. Thank you.

Blessings.

Dear Ted,

You may experience intermittent connectivity to your website and email on light-after-darkness.org
today (Wednesday, April 30). This is due to essential network maintenance.

The affected IP range includes all IPs between 64.191.0.0 and 64.191.127.255.

Due to the nature of the upgrades the break is not continuous but will be for a few minutes
at a time spread over several hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience but the datacenter assures us these upgrades are essential
and will result in better overall network performance.

Kind Regards,
Brent
