This is really kind of cool and eerie to listen to. Just click on the link within the story. I wish the fella wouldn't have talked so much over the recorded sounds though!...lol.

Hmmmm..., strange. Some folks have claimed to hear the Northern Lights, maybe that is what they heard. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_11_23.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZSYYYYYYYYUS)

WAAAAAAH !!!.. For some reason I can not get this to play on my computer. Even after I click on the "click to play" message, it just sits there fat dumb and happy - Lol.
I'll try again later, in case their server was down.
But speaking of Earth cries, this reminds me of the "sounds of hell" tape that some oil folks recorded from a hole they dug into the Earth : Sounds from Hell (http://members.cox.net/johnbaker45/xfer/SoundsFromHell.mp3).
Here is the story (that I have heard) :
"As a communist I don’t believe in heaven or the Bible but as a scientist I now believe in hell," said Dr. Azzacove. "Needless to say we were shocked to make such a discovery. But we know what we saw and we know what we heard. And we are absolutely convinced that we drilled through the gates of hell!"
Dr. Azzacove continued, ". . .the drill suddenly began to rotate wildly, indicating that we had reached a large empty pocket or cavern. Temperature sensors showed a dramatic increase in heat to 2,000 degrees Fahrenheit."
"We lowered a microphone, designed to detect the sounds of plate movements down the shaft. But instead of plate movements we heard a human voice screaming in pain! At first we thought the sound was coming from our own equipment."
"But when we made adjustments our worst suspicions were confirmed. The screams weren’t those of a single human, they were the screams of millions of humans!"
Listening to this brings shivers down my spine.

I've heard that tape as well, and chalked it up to a hoax. Like Bigfoot and UFO's. http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_3_38.gif (http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb001_ZNxdm824MNUS)

it just sits there fat dumb and happy Hey! I'm doing the best I can.
Sounds like digital garbage mixed with AM radio between bands, which they claim is the sound from space btw.

Yeah, in my humble speculation hell is probably in another dimension and cannot be heard by fleshly creatures.

My daughter went to a independent Baptist Church for quite awhile and they taught that hell was a physical place in the earth. I always thought that was strange. :bigthink:
